Software updates to the remote stores can be either sent by CD or directly downloaded from the Internet. In either case, the installation is basically a one-click operation and can be handled by store personal. These software updates are part of our standard support agreement and are included in its price. Our normal hours of support are from 9:00 am to 5:30 PM EST. Extended support is also available. Each location is also to be equipped with a modem and PC Anywhere. This allows us to remotely support any location. Preferably, the location will have an Internet connection to facilitate this support |
