Documentation is often the most tedious and time consuming aspect of implementing a new system.  Although Merchant Applications Inc. provides a hard copy manual for POS functions and on line help for back office functions, many customers have internal procedures that they want to add, to enhance this documentation.  We will provide this documentation in Microsoft Word format for you to modify.
